I heated lingonberry preserves with apple cider vinegar for the glaze and added shredded brunost in the middle because brunost makes everything better, lol. It smells delicious in here. I think I may make this on Christmas Day since we’re doing our traditional pinnekjott on the 26th to accommodate a pilot’s schedule. Btw, I have the aquavit cured venison curing now and I can’t wait.
