I consider myself sort of a burger connoisseur – love them, tried already dozens of interesting recipes – and this one just immediately goes into my top-3! Incredibly well-rounded and delicious. I was afraid that blue cheese would be too invasive in this amount (I had Gorgonzola) but it was absolutely perfect. Thank you dear Nevada, this was such a delicious treat that made my weekend even better!
