Even with all the adjustments, I cooked it the same as you recommended. We are taking it with us this weekend for an outdoor concert along the California central coast and will serve it with whipped cream. Love how easily it went together! Love the combination of rhubarb and carrots plus being able to freeze it (I made 2 round cakes).
