This would be amazing as a festive lunch/dinner as well, especially with the apples and the mashed potatoes, just like you suggested. Being Greeks we are -of course- accustomed to having lamb in such occasions, so we pinned this for a dinner with family in the Holiday season! We bet everyone will be impressed, especially when we tell them that we learned this recipe from our “Norwegian Connection” lol 😀
